Our Project Overview

Currently, we are embarking on the development of an industrial city called “HABAMBA PROJECT.” The HABAMBA project is intended to create an ecosystem of cynosure of African ingenuity, industrialism, trade, artisanship and craftsmanship at par with what obtains in China, Brazil and other similar emerging economies. The project is valued conservatively at USD 1Billion with annual return of USD 100Million.

 

HABAMBA PROJECT aims to enhance Nigerian industrial capacity, increase foreign investment, create employment opportunities and promote economic growth.  The project is planned to run for 24 months in its first phase and is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative Acroideation International Ltd (ACI) and Abia State Government. A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) ABIIC Limited was incorporated as a holding company to drive the project. The project has the followIng key components:

Industrial Areas: Dedicated zones for light and heavy industries, including manufacturing, logistics, craft-centre, skill acquisition centre, and warehousing.
Commercial Centers: Shopping malls, banks, retail spaces, and entertainment complexes to cater to the needs of residents and visitors.
Residential Areas: A range of housing options, from apartments to villas, designed to accommodate different lifestyles and budgets.
Facilities and Amenities: Schools, hospitals, community centers, parks, police station, fire-fighting station, and recreational facilities to support the well-being of residents.
Infrastructure: comprehensive network of roads, utilities, and public transportation to ensure efficient connectivity and accessibility.
